Rosehill Recycled Water Scheme

AquaNet Sydney is responsible for the overall delivery of the Rosehill Recycled Water Scheme through the 20 year Project Agreement with Sydney Water. Details of the project agreement can be found on the Sydney Water website.

Contractual relationships for the Rosehill Recycled Water Scheme

The network and plant components of the project are delivered by two significant project partners. A Jemena company, SPI Rosehill Network Pty Limited, is responsible for owning, constructing and operating the recycled water distribution network under a 20 year Pipeline Agreement with AquaNet. Jemena has extensive experience in delivering large network infrastructure projects throughout Australia.

Veolia Water Australia owns, constructed and operates the water recycling plant under a 20 year Plant Agreement with AquaNet. Veolia is a leader in the provision of water related infrastructure.
